As a social worker, I pride myself on being non judgmental and for being able to meet clients where they are. I provide individual counseling services drawing from a number of modalities including:

• EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy)

• Cognitive behavioral therapy

• Solution focused therapy

• Mindful self compassion

• Dialectical behavior therapy

I strive to provide an emotionally safe environment for clients to process their challenges free from judgment. I enjoy partnering with clients to help them find realistic solutions. My current clinical focus includes the areas of narcissistic abuse recovery, trauma recovery, and special needs caregiving. Regardless of what you're facing, the potential for change and healing exists. It's never too late.

I provide services with cultural humility that are intersectional and client centered. Understanding how racism, sexism, toxic masculinity, etc. impact the individual is critical in order to validate and process our experiences.

I accept Anthem BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna, Medical Mutual Ohio, and Ohio Medicare. I am waiting to be credentialed with other insurances, so contact me if you have questions around this. I also offer a sliding scale.

If you have a different insurance company, I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for out of network benefits. My private pay rate is $125 per hour. I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Contact me for a free 20 minute consultation.
